Olivia R. Williams
Olivia R. Williams is a researcher, writer, advocate, and practitioner working for the decommodification of land and housing. They received a PhD in Geography in 2017 from Florida State University with research on community land trusts (CLTs), and began working at Madison Area Community Land Trust as the Executive Director in 2020.
Evan Bonsall
Evan Bonsall is a Madison resident, and is passionate about housing, education, city planning, and economic justice. He previously lived in Marquette, Michigan, where he worked as a planner and educator, and served as the youngest-ever Marquette City Commissioner from 2019-2023. He earned a B.A. in Government from Harvard University in 2019, and an M.A. in Education from Northern Michigan University in 2022. He is a social studies teacher at Oregon High School, serves on the board of the Madison Area Community Land Trust, and lives in south Madison with his wife, Aubrie.
